F12 – Ribbon Panel

Pressing F12 in InPage opens the Ribbon Panel, which provides quick access to various formatting and layout tools. This panel includes essential functions like:

  • Text Formatting (Bold, Italic, Underline)
  • Font Selection (Changing Urdu/English fonts)
  • Size Adjustments (Increasing or decreasing font size)

This feature helps users easily modify text properties without navigating through multiple menus.


Alt + F12 – Page Panel

Pressing Alt + F12 opens the Page Panel, which is used to manage page settings and layouts. This panel allows you to:

  • Change page size (A4, A5, Custom)
  • Modify margins and column settings
  • Set page orientation (Portrait or Landscape)
  • Adjust header and footer settings
  • Define page numbering options

Ctrl + F12 – View Panel

Pressing Ctrl + F12 opens the View Panel, which helps in controlling the display and layout of the document. It allows users to:

  • Enable or disable gridlines for precise text alignment
  • Toggle rulers for better measurement of text and objects
  • Zoom in or out for better visibility
  • Switch between single-page and multi-page views

Ctrl + T – Style Sheet

Pressing Ctrl + T opens the Style Sheet window, where users can define and apply text styles. This feature is essential for maintaining a consistent look throughout the document. It includes:

  • Defining new text styles (Headings, Body text, Captions)
  • Setting font, size, and color preferences
  • Managing line spacing and indentation
  • Applying predefined styles to paragraphs or sections
  • Saving and loading style sheets for future use
